We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at spiegel@spiegeljewelry.top with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
